University Campus Suffolk - Ipswich

The Waterfront Building was a landmark development to be constructed on the Ipswich Quay and forms Phase 1 of a number of phases in the overall campus development.

The unique collaboration between the University of East Anglia and Essex University includes teaching space, laboratories and students’ union facilities.

The ground floor façade incorporated double glazed units with coloured (Vanceva) interlayers to obtain the aesthetics the architect required.
